Your material
You keep ownership of material you upload. You give StudySoba permission to process and store it only as needed to provide the service. Do not upload material you do not have permission to use.
Acceptable use
Do not use StudySoba to break the law, harm another person, distribute malware, evade access controls, overload the service, or obtain private data without permission.
Study output
Generated study sets may contain errors. Check academic, medical, legal, financial, and safety-related material against course sources or a qualified person. StudySoba does not promise any grade, score, admission, license, or employment result.
Plans and billing
Prices and billing periods appear before purchase. Recurring plans renew until canceled. You can cancel from the billing portal before the next renewal. Access may continue through the paid period. Local law may grant added refund rights.
Account closure
You may stop using StudySoba at any time. We may restrict or close an account used for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or repeated violation of these terms.
Service availability
We work to keep StudySoba available, but interruptions, data loss, or errors can occur. The service is provided as available to the extent permitted by law.
